Restrictions are already starting to lift around the country, with several states allowing locals to go caravanning and camping once again, others are likely to follow soon. Every year, the Caravan and Camping Industry Association, the peak industry body for NSW, hosts their Awards of Excellence event, which recognises businesses and individuals that excel in terms of service, innovation and best practice. CCIA President, Theo Whitmont said the Awards were particularly significant in 2019, which for the first time saw the number of domestic caravan, and camping holidays taken in NSW surpass 4.4 million trips.

As with all things at Cub in the countdown to the end of the year, everything starts to move at a pace. This was definitely the case in the run up to the new industry CIA show at Homebush, that Cub supported in Nov 2017.

Cub is thrilled to support the RSCPA and their great work by donating a Cub Longreach.The camper has been turned into a mobile veterinary practice. The RSPCA team is travelling around the country, helping to educate pet owners, give vaccinations and improve the overall welfare of pets in remote areas.
