The first H14 Hybrid Caravans are now coming off the production line, so we thought it fitting to share the inspiration behind the special limited-time package, the H14 First Edition. Cub’s H14 was yet another milestone achievement, so we wanted to mark the occasion in style. We wanted something special to pair with our new H14, and the answer was literally just around the corner at The Parra Whisky Co, Parramatta’s first legal whisky distillery.

Cub is excited to launch the F14, a revolutionary new fusion of caravan and camper trailer. Featuring an aerodynamic, low-profile design, the F14 is the perfect model for those looking for an affordable hybrid that fits under a typical garage or car port. The darker colour scheme helps the F14 stand out from the crowd and separates it from the rest of the Cub hybrid lineup.

Cub’s new H14 is our most nimble and compact hybrid caravan yet, and in recognition of this important milestone, we are releasing a special limited package, the H14 “First Edition”.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the H14 – Cub’s new nimble luxury hybrid pop top caravan. The H14 is Cub’s most compact caravan yet, built for adventurers looking for the well-established quality of our luxury hybrid caravan range, in a nimble and rugged nimble body, reinforcing Cub’s historic off-road, off grid facilities for you to explore the farthest reaches of the Australian landscape.

2023 was a significant year for Cub. We focused on improving our caravan and camper trailer range across the board with a significant refresh early in the year, and provided more options for families with the introduction of the Drifter GT. We also expanded our luxury hybrid caravan lineup with the addition of the L16 and H16. Finally, Cub returned to old ground with the release of our Cub Classic horse float, improving on our original design enabled by modern engineering and manufacturing.  

Cub Campers are delighted to announce the Australian Made C16 – the 5-star luxury caravan - has officially been recognised as a winner of the Good Design Award for Product Design in the Automotive and Transport Category for 2023. This award is one of the most prestigious awards for design in Australia and recognises outstanding design and innovation.  

We at Cub are excited to reveal the latest model in our luxury hybrid caravan range, the H16 – our pop top caravan designed for streamlined travel in maximum comfort, price from only $94,990. Cub are 100% Aussie made and owned, and it’s been nearly a year since the launch of the C16, Cub’s premium luxury hybrid caravan. In the following months, Cub launched the L16, a lighter, more affordable cousin. We’ve continued to keep our eyes and ears on the trends of the caravan market, and it became obvious that next would be an even lighter, pop top caravan. Enter, the H16!

The Drifter has undeniably established itself as a highlight of the Cub range. Originally released into the Australian market in 2020, the Drifter is still the only Australian Made Double Fold camper available, seamlessly combining the comfort and space of a caravan with the functionality and off-road prowess of a camper trailer.

In September 2022, we launched our first caravan – the Cub C16 – into the Australian market, backed by the Cub name and over 50 years of RV manufacturing experience. Although we’ve had a massively successful first step into a new territory with a luxury model, we knew that there was still a desire for a lightweight, quality Australian-made caravan capable of heading off-grid but without quite as many bells and whistles. We’ve listened to the feedback and we’re proud to introduce the L16 – the newest caravan in the Cub range.

After almost 2 years of intense research and development, Cub Campers is proud to announce the release of our first off-road caravan - the C16. Backed by over 50 years of RV manufacturing experience, Cub is known for producing high-quality campers that are built to withstand the toughest Australian conditions. This experience has carried over and we’ve used everything we’ve learned from building camper trailers to create a fully off-road caravan using the tough-as-nails Cub DNA. The C16 is purpose-built for going off the beaten track and staying there for as long as possible. With a tare of 2000kg, an ATM of 2700kg and an unladen ball weight of 140kg, it’s light to tow.
