Fabricate and assemble the strong steel frames that form the foundation of CUB Campers.
Work with MIG/TIG welding techniques to achieve accurate and durable joins.
Follow safety standards and technical drawings to ensure reliability in every build.
Your craftsmanship directly contributes to CUBβs reputation for toughness.
PAINTING
Prepare camper surfaces through sanding, priming, and masking for smooth finishes.
Apply protective coatings using spray painting equipment to prevent wear and rust.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality look that stands up to the outdoors.
Your work enhances both durability and appearance of each camper.
PRODUCTION LINE
Play a key role in building campers from start to finish on the production line.
Assemble electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, and mechanical components.
Follow step-by-step processes to ensure each build meets CUBβs standards.
Enjoy hands-on work where you see real results every day.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Inspect campers at different stages of production to ensure quality and safety.
Check welds, finishes, fittings, and systems against strict criteria.
Report and correct issues to maintain CUBβs high reliability standards.
Be the final checkpoint before every camper leaves the factory.
SHEETMETAL & WOOD
Shape and build the core structure and interior of our campers using precision sheetmetal fabrication and skilled woodworking.
From laser-cut panels to custom cabinetry, youβll turn raw materials into durable, functional spaces for life on the road.
Working from drawings and build specs, youβll ensure every piece fits perfectly and reflects CUBβs commitment to Australian-made quality.
PARTS PRODUCTION
Be hands-on in producing the components that keep CUB campers tough, reliable, and adventure-ready.
Youβll operate machinery, assemble parts, and maintain consistent quality across high-demand production.
Your attention to detail helps our build teams work efficiently and ensures every camper is built on trusted, well-made parts.
CANVAS
Help create the premium Australian canvas setups CUB is known for.
Youβll cut, sew, and assemble canvas sections with accuracy, ensuring weather protection, durability, and ease of use for our customers.
If youβve got an eye for detail and pride in craftsmanship, your work will be centre stage in every campsite.
WAREHOUSE
Keep our factory moving by managing the flow of stock, parts, and finished campers.
Youβll receive, store, pick, and dispatch materials with accuracy and efficiency, supporting production deadlines and dealer/customer deliveries.
In this role, organisation, safety, and teamwork are key to keeping CUB running smoothly.
SALES
Be the face of CUB for customers looking to start their next adventure.
Youβll guide people through our range, understand their needs, and recommend the right camper or caravan with confidence.
With strong product knowledge and a genuine, down-to-earth approach, youβll help customers feel informed, supported, and excited about joining the CUB family.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Support our owners throughout their journey with Cub.
Youβll handle enquiries, bookings, and after-sales support, providing clear, friendly solutions over phone, email, and in person.
Your patience, problem-solving skills, and product understanding help deliver the positive experience our customers expect from an Australian-built brand.
MARKETING
Help share the CUB story and showcase our Australian-made campers to new audiences.
Youβll assist across campaigns, content, digital, events, and dealer support to drive awareness, enquiries, and showroom visits.
Working closely with the wider team, youβll bring to life the innovation, heritage, and lifestyle that make CUB unique.
