For over 50 years, Cub Campers has manufactured some of the toughest camper trailers on the Australian Market and the iconic Brumby has established a reputation as the true Aussie adventurer’s camper. Building on everything that made the Brumby a success, Cub has designed and engineered a Limited-Edition Brumby for 2019 that takes toughness to a whole new level.
Based on months of research and customer feedback, Cub has designed the Brumby LE with hardcore adventurers in mind, and able to tackle the harshest conditions the Australian landscape can throw at it.
To tackle the combination of wet, dry, rocky and smooth terrains around the country’s toughest tracks, the Brumby LE has been fitted with 265/70R17 Alloy Gun Metal Wheels and Goodyear Mud Terrain Tyres for maximum traction on any surface. It also includes 12” electric brakes, and heavy-duty coil-spring suspension to ensure that the Brumby LE will make molehills out of the tallest mountains.
Cub has included a larger 12V water pump on the Brumby LE, which is capable of delivering 10L of water per minute, and because you’ll be pushing the camper to the extremes, the 80L heavy-duty water tank is protected by a galvanised steel protector plate for your peace of mind.
The Brumby LE sees the return of the chunky, yet lightweight, 150 x 50 x 3.0mm (6”) drawbar that was once a standard part of the Brumby design and cemented its position as a hardcore off-roader that dares you to push it to its limits, and then exceeds them.
The D035 Hitch is included as standard on the Brumby LE and is perfect for connecting and disconnecting your trailer on uneven ground, as well as providing maximum articulation for the most rugged 4WD tracks.
The standard 2019 Brumby already has a deluxe kitchen included but with the Brumby LE, Cub has also upgraded the fridge box to accommodate up to a 95L fridge to keep you stocked up for extended periods off the grid and a pocket spring mattress for extra comfort. Additionally, the Redarc BMS 30 will keep your battery charged and ready for the ultimate off-road adventure.
Topping it all off, the Brumby LE has a rugged new aesthetic with red trim on the canvas to complement the carbon and red theme of the camper’s body and fridge box rack. It’s easy to spot from a mile away and when you see it, you can bet that its owner is a fair dinkum adventurer who isn’t spending their weekend in an easy-going caravan park.
