Located in the heart ofΒ Mt Field National Park in Tasmania, the iconicΒ Russell FallsΒ is one of the most photographed waterfalls in Australia, and for good reason. The falls consist of two main drops and a segmented, vertical appearance. This majestic feature is also one of the easiest waterfalls to get to and is only an hour outside of Hobart, making it a great location for a day trip. The camping facilities within the park are equipped withΒ Β toilets, electric barbecues, kiosk and a visitor centre near the start of the track.

When my grandfather, JK, and my dad, Roger, started Cub back in 1968, I bet they never imagined it would still be going fifty years later β but here we are 50 years later and stronger than ever. This is thanks to our incredible team and the wonderful Cub owners who are such brilliant ambassadors for our brand. It was such an honour for me to meet many of those owners at our Jamboree celebration at Del Rio Riverside Resort in Wisemanβs Ferry on the weekend of 19 October 2018.

Matt Kennelly is our NSW Sales Manager, who you may recognise him from our various product and instructional videos, and he recently headed off to the Big Red Bash in a Cub Escape with his 13-year-old son, Max. For the uninitiated, theΒ Big Red Bash is an annual music festivalΒ held on the Big Red Dune, around 35km from Birdsville in Outback Queensland and it attracts thousands of campers, backpackers, caravan and 4WD travellers from all over the country β making it a bucket list entry for many Aussie campers.
