The H16 LE offers a unique twist on the classic Cub H16 – with a bold grey and black colour scheme for an eye-catching finish. It’s sleek raptor coated exterior, and raptor coated drawbar and rear bar stand out from the crowd, marking it as the limited edition model.
It is laden with many innovative features including a pop top roof, designed to open electrically, with an extended height from 2.91m* and a non-extended, low-profile height from 2.515m*. The pop top includes four spring cross canopy lifters at critical extrusion points, capable of holding up to 160kg, further enhanced with a synchronous control board that aligns the pop top roof perfectly when opening.
Overall, the H16 LE’s pop top design allows for a lower height providing access to more difficult to reach travel locations while increasing the number of practical caravan storage options available. The H16 LE’s lower height comes with the added benefit of lower fuel consumption while travelling, with the lower centre of gravity and tapered body reducing the effects of drag while towing.
Continuing Cubs more than 55 years legacy of Australian-made heritage, the H16 LE’s chassis is expertly welded from Bluescope Steel for a high quality build that is capable of tackling off-road travels. To elevate the limited edition experience, the LE’s chassis is hot dip galvanised to provide absolute confidence as you forge your own track through the harsh Australian landscape.
Some other impressive features of the LE include the D035 hitch and extended drawbar – to take on tougher tracks, paired with a grey exterior, raptor coating and raptor coated drawbar and rear bar for an eye catching experience. The H16 LE is also fitted with 300Ah Lithium Batteries, 720W Solar and a 3000W Inverter.
The interior of the H16 LE has been customised to stand out from the range, with black internal taps, shower heads and 12V bedside fans. The interior colour scheme is also unique, featuring the Fumed Oak flooring, and Miami Fawn upholstery – the H16 LE truly is for the bold.
