1. Promoter

1.1  The Promotion is conducted by Cub Campers Pty Limited (ABN: 52003368330) of 23 Loyalty Road, North Rocks, NSW, 2151 (the Promoter).

2. Promotion Name

2.1  CUB Campers MyCoolman 85L Fridge Giveaway (the Promotion).

3. Promotion Period

3.1  The Promotion commences at 9:00 am (AEST) on Wednesday, 3 June 2026 and closes at 4:00 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 7 June 2026 (the Promotion Period).

3.2  The Promotion Period aligns with the official show hours of the 2026 Let's Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow at Brisbane Showgrounds, 600 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills, Queensland:

(a)  Wednesday 3 June to Saturday 6 June 2026: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (AEST)

(b)  Sunday 7 June 2026: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (AEST)

3.3  Entries received outside the Promotion Period will be ineligible.

4. Eligibility

4.1  Entry is open to Australian residents who, at the time of entry:

(a)  are aged 18 years or over;

(b)  physically attend the CUB Campers stand at the 2026 Let's Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow at Brisbane Showgrounds during the Promotion Period; and

(c)  hold a valid ticket or admission to the 2026 Let's Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow (if required for entry to the event).

4.2  The following persons are not eligible to enter:

(a)  directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents of the Promoter and any prize supplier; and

(b)  the immediate family members (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling) of any person listed in clause 4.2(a).

5. How to Enter

5.1  To enter the Promotion, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period:

(a)  physically visit the CUB Campers stand at the 2026 Let's Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow;

(b)  scan the QR code displayed at the CUB Campers stand to access the online entry form; and

(c)  complete and submit the online entry form, including providing all required information truthfully and accurately.

5.2  No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5.3  Entries must be submitted via the QR-code entry form at the CUB Campers stand. No other method of entry is valid.

5.4  Entrants are responsible for any internet or mobile data charges incurred when accessing and submitting the entry form.

5.5  Incomplete, illegible, or inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid.

6. Entry Limits

6.1  Each eligible person may submit only one (1) entry during the Promotion Period.

6.2  Multiple entries from the same person will result in all entries from that person being deemed invalid.

6.3  Entries using multiple email addresses, aliases, or identities to circumvent the one-entry limit are not permitted and will be disqualified.

7. Prize

7.1  There is one (1) prize available: myCOOLMAN Dual Zone 85L Fridge & Freezer

7.2  The total estimated retail value of the prize is approximately $1399 (including GST).

7.3  The prize is subject to the prize conditions set out in clause 8.

8. Prize Conditions

8.1  The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable to another person.

8.2  The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative prize.

8.3  The prize will be able to be collected from CUB Campers Burpengary Showroom, 284 Bruce Highway, Eastern Service Road, Burpengary East, QLD, 4505

8.4  The prize is subject to the standard manufacturer's warranty. The Promoter makes no additional warranty in respect of the prize.

8.5  The prize includes: standard accessories as supplied by the manufacturer.

8.6  If the prize or any component of the prize is unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an equivalent prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

9. Winner Draw

9.1  The winner will be selected by randomised draw from all valid, eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

9.2  The draw will take place at 11:00am (AEST) on Monday 8th June, at Home of PMG, 136 Cathedral Street, Wooloomooloo, 2011.

9.3  The draw will be conducted using computerised random selection.

9.4  The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

9.5  The Promoter's decision regarding the validity of entries and the selection of the winner is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. Winner Notification

10.1  The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.

10.2  The winner's name will be published on the CUB Campers website at cubcampers.com.au within 1 business day of the draw.

10.3  If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner after making reasonable attempts within the claim period, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw may occur in accordance with clause 12.

11. Claiming the Prize

11.1  To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the Promoter's notification within five (5) business days of being notified, by responding to the notification email and providing proof of identity as requested by the Promoter.

11.2  The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age, and Australian residency before the prize is awarded. Acceptable identification includes a valid Australian driver's licence, passport, or other government-issued photo ID.

11.3  Failure to provide satisfactory proof of identity, age, and residency within the required timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited.

11.4  The prize is awarded to the named winner only and cannot be claimed by or on behalf of another person.

12. Unclaimed Prize

12.1  If the prize is not claimed in accordance with clause 11 within five (5) business days of the winner being notified, the original winner forfeits the prize and the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

12.2  Any redraw will take place at 11:00am AEST Monday 22nd June at Home of PMG, 136 Cathedral Street, Wooloomooloo, 2011 using the same draw method described in clause 9.3.

12.3  The Promoter may conduct up to two (2) redraws. If the prize remains unclaimed after all permitted redraws, the prize will be retained by the Promoter.

13. Verification and Invalid Entries

13.1  The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and entries, and to disqualify any entrant who:

(a)  submits an entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions;

(b)  uses any means to tamper with, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage in the Promotion;

(c)  provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information in the entry form; or

(d)  is otherwise ineligible to enter under clause 4.

13.2  The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility from any entrant at any time.

13.3  Entries generated by automated means (including bots or scripts) are invalid.

14. Privacy and Marketing Consent

14.1  The Promoter collects personal information (including name, email address, phone number, and email) from entrants for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, and notifying and awarding the prize.

14.2  By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.cubcampers.com.au/policies/privacy-policy, and with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

14.3  The Promoter may disclose entrant personal information to MyCoolman for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the Promotion.

14.4  Optional — Marketing Consent: Where an entrant has separately and voluntarily opted in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, the Promoter may use the entrant's contact details to send information about CUB Campers products, promotions, and events. Marketing consent is separate from and not a condition of entry. Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing communication or by contacting the Promoter at promos@pmgmedia.com.au.

14.5  Entrant personal information will be retained by the Promoter for three (3) years following the close of the Promotion, after which it will be securely destroyed or de-identified.

15. Liability

15.1  To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained by any entrant arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Promotion, including any loss arising from:

(a)  any technical difficulties or delays in submitting an entry, including internet outages, connectivity issues, or server errors;

(b)  any late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries;

(c)  any variation in prize value between the stated RRP and market value at the time of prize award; or

(d)  the use or enjoyment (or lack thereof) of the prize.

15.2  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15.3  Where the Promoter is liable under any statutory guarantee that cannot be excluded, the Promoter's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to replacing or providing an equivalent prize.

16. General Conditions

16.1  The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

16.2  The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendment will be published at the same location as these Terms and Conditions.

16.3  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

16.4  This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the event organiser of the 2026 Let's Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow, unless the Promoter has confirmed otherwise.

16.5  If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
