Cub has invested in new computer controlled machinery, such as canvas cutter, turret punch, router and break press. This machinery has given us the capacity for maximum in house production of component parts and finished product. It also allows us to work within small tolerances, so essential for dust and water sealing in campers, tool boxes etc. Our in house design team is able to program, build and test all new product quickly and efficiently.

We have also developed a computerised production order system which allows dealers to submit their orders directly to a production team for fast evaluation and pricing and then track the progress of their orders through the factory.

TRAINEES AND APPRENTICES

We have in our current workforce four trainees and four apprentices. We also have two qualified tradesmen who served their apprenticeships with the company. Cub has a great commitment to training and developing young workers, as it has to accepting workers from all nationalities into our workforce.
